  • Strangeways Cordials In-Store Tasting

    Friday, June 7th 3-6pm

It was 2012 and Hurricane Sandy was threatening Evelyn Drinkery, a NYC bar that had opened its doors just a few weeks before. As the waters rose, the resourceful owners took the rapidly deteriorating stock of fruit that was about to spoil and fashioned it into cordials. Now, years later, Strangeways Cocktail Mixers has blossomed into a flourishing enterprise. Its products not only provide consumers and bartenders with an endless array of concoctions but also serve as a lifeline for bars and restaurants, mitigating spoilage and waste.
